Total Grounds Management recently completed a pergola demolition and full returfing project at our expansive dog park at The Bartram in Gainesville, Florida, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Absolutely amazing! Ricky and Bryan are not just awesome business people, but caring, and genuinely good people. They knew my yard layout was going to be a challenge, and they knew drainage was going to be difficult but they worked very carefully and hard at the problem. They communicated quickly, and professionally along the way. As a business manager myself, I would want to be treated how they treated me. We had multiple headaches along the way that no one could have expected or really prevented but they overcame them all. I had an emergency situation arise, and before Ricky even knew what was going on, or if it was something that was their fault, he was on the way ready to help. They take so much pride in their work and strive for excellence, you don’t see these things anymore, most people would have said they would come out in days or weeks or want to charge just to look a problem.
