I was referred to Total Grounds Management through a friend. I called, left a message and Ricky called me back immediately. Imagine that! We arranged a time to look at my project and he was on time. Imagine that! After a couple days he sent me a proposal and it was fair. Imagine that! He offered a start date and showed up on the job with his crew. Imagine that! He started and finished the job on time, removed the construction debris and exceeded my expectations. Imagine that! Over all, a great experience. Based upon other contractors I have dealt with, I couldn’t imagine this! Thank you Ricky and crew for an excellent job!
